My snap judgment: the support response time was just not good. I was waiting way too long for replies, and it made the whole experience frustrating.

Everything was explained really clearly, and I actually understood what was going on. after being confused by other stuff before, it was ridiculous how much easier this made it.

I really wanted this to work, but the site gave me problems at the worst times. Course pages froze more than once, I got randomly logged out a couple of times, and one quiz didn’t load properly so I had to redo part of it. After it kept happening, I ended up reaching out to support and escalating the issue because it was getting in the way of actually completing the course. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but for me the tech side was too unreliable and not worth the headache

For what I paid, rocketcert was actually solid. I wasn’t stuck paying for a bunch of flashy extras I’d never use, which was refreshing because apparently that’s not always a given with these kinds of courses.
The course was easy enough to follow and got me through what I needed without making the whole process more annoying than it had to be. It wasn’t perfect, obviously, but for the money it was a good deal and I’d probably use it again

The instructor definitely knew what they were talking about, and I did learn some useful stuff. I’m not sure if it was just me, but at times it felt like the explanations moved a little too fast and I had to stop and rethink what was being said. Overall good, just a bit confusing in parts.

RocketCert got the job done and I was able to get through the course and pass, so I can’t complain too much. That said, a few sections felt confusing and kind of outdated, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Support was alright, but not especially quick, and I got a couple of those canned apology responses that feel like they copy and paste them to everyone. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just not anything I’d be excited to rave about.

I had a hard time following the study materials because they felt messy and unorganized. My brother tried looking through them with me too, and we both felt like it could’ve been laid out a lot more clearly.

I was satisfied with the course overall. The material was clear and easy enough to follow, and I felt like I understood the main points. I do think it would be even better with a few more examples, but I’m glad I took it.

I don’t really buy into all the polished marketing talk these companies use, but the platform was actually easy to use. Nothing too complicated, and I was able to figure most of it out without much hassle.

I spent weeks going through their prep material and still felt lost when I sat for the real exam. A lot of the questions didn’t feel anything like what I had practiced, so I didn’t feel prepared at all. Just putting this out there as a warning to anyone relying on it to pass.

I was frustrated because the practice questions didn’t line up much with what I had actually been studying. I was expecting them to help me feel more prepared, but they mostly just threw me off.

It helped a bit overall, and most of the licensing info seemed right, but there were a few details that didn’t quite line up. What really annoyed me was having to go through verification more than once. It felt repetitive and kind of unnecessary after a while

I ended up having to cancel my course, so I reached out about getting a refund. Support replied quickly and didn’t make the whole thing difficult, which I really appreciated. The money came back when they said it would. i was expecting it to be way more of a hassle, so I’m happy with how it all worked out

I ended up finishing the course faster than I expected. Some parts was a little slow and dragged on, but overall it was decent and easy enough to get through
